1. Service Description

Moxident is an emergency dental routing service that connects patients with available local dental providers via SMS. Moxident is a routing service only — we are not a dental provider and do not provide dental advice or treatment.

2. SMS Program

Program name: Moxident Emergency Dental Routing
Description: Single SMS confirmation sent when a dental provider accepts your request
Message frequency: One message per request submitted
Message and data rates may apply
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message
For help: Reply HELP or email hello@moxident.com

3. No Medical Advice

Moxident does not provide medical or dental advice. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency involving difficulty breathing, swallowing, uncontrolled bleeding, or spreading facial swelling, call 911 immediately.

4. No Guarantee of Availability

Moxident does not guarantee that a dental provider will be available in your area at the time of your request. If no provider is matched, you will receive a notification via SMS.

5. Limitation of Liability

Moxident is not liable for the quality of care provided by matched dental providers. All treatment decisions are made solely between you and your dental provider.
